1. Digital License Grant & Usage
A K-Ware software license is granted solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the original purchaser. It cannot be rented, shared, transferred, or resold. Each license is bound to a single user account and hardware identifier (HWID).
2. Hardware Lock (HWID) & Device Management
Your digital license securely binds to your machine's hardware signature upon initial activation. In cases of OS reinstallation or motherboard upgrades, you may submit automated HWID reset requests 24/7 via your dashboard.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Intellectual Property
Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, distributing, modifying, or unauthorized mirroring of our software binaries is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, irreversible license termination.
4. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
All items sold on K-Ware are digital software licenses delivered instantaneously upon payment confirmation. Pursuant to international and statutory digital consumer protection regulations, digital goods that are delivered and activated immediately are exempt from standard statutory withdrawal/refund rights. In case of unexpected technical difficulties, our 24/7 dedicated support team provides active troubleshooting and compensation.
5. Cloud Updates & High Availability
Software updates and game offset synchronizations are delivered automatically via our cloud delivery network. Following official game patches, adaptation procedures are deployed rapidly to ensure continuous service.
6. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
The software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for complying with third-party service terms and software usage guidelines.
7. Account & Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed using modern hashing standards (Argon2 / SHA-256).
8. Amendments & Termination
K-Ware reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. Continued use of our portal following updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
